Matilla Poppies, Balboa Island

An original watercolor and ink painting of Matilla poppies growing on South Bayfront, Balboa Island, California.  These poppies are lovingly called fried egg poppies!  I painted them in front of the dark blue house so they would stand out!  
This has been painted with Rembrandt professional watercolors and permanent ink on Rembrandt 200gsm watercolor paper.  This painting comes with a certificate of authenticity.
