Refund policy

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept cancellations or exchanges.

I do accept returns for up to 14 days after the date of delivery.  If 14 days have passed since you received the painting, I can’t offer you a full refund.

You will be eligible for the painting price minus any shipping or delivery costs and a 5% re-stocking fee.  The returned painting must be in the same, brand new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping a painting back, use a trackable shipping service and send me the tracking numbers and estimated arrival date.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval and amount of your refund.

After your refund is processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.

If you received your painting damaged, please contact me immediately at kristenpaints@gmail.com and provide at least 4 pictures of damaged packaging and artwork to be eligible for a refund.

Commissioned paintings

Commissioned paintings, gift paintings or altered paintings cannot be refunded.

I only replace custom paintings if they arrive damaged. Please send an email to kristenpaints@gmail.com and provide at least 4 pictures of damaged packaging and artwork to be eligible for a refund.

Classes, workshops and online classes and workshops

I do not offer refunds on any of my live or online classes or workshops unless the class is cancelled by me.  You may re-schedule a live class or private online lesson with 24 hours notice.
