I absolutely love to work with collectors on commissioned artwork!  

I enjoy painting all kinds of things including whimsical paintings of people's pets in a variety of settings, their favorite travel destinations and their backyard gardens!  I've painted weddings, receptions and a whole variety of landscapes and seascapes.

I work closely with you to make sure that you are a part of the process.  I will keep you updated with photos of your painting in progress and you will be able to comment and ask for changes or adjustments as I proceed through the painting.

You will be able to determine when your painting is finished.  Since you will have followed along in the process, when you receive your finished your artwork you will get exactly what you expect.

I will endeavor to listen carefully to your wishes and capture the unique spirit and personality or your pets, and if it is a landscape, the beauty and your memories of your favorite travel landscape destination.

I work in oil, watercolor and acrylic.  The first step is to 

  1. Send Me Your Photos: Provide a few photographs and some notes about what you'd like me to capture in the painting.   
  2. Choose your size: I can paint any size in rectangles and squares from 7"x 10"  up to 50” or larger.
  3. Discuss you Vision: We will collaborate on the composition and I will send you sketches, sometimes photo collages and ask for your feedback to ensure that I am on the right path to creating exactly what you want.
  4. The Painting Process: I only paint with the best materials to ensure that your fine art piece remains vibrant and structurally sound for a lifetime. 
  5. How long does it take to complete?: I will send you  photos daily of your artwork in process.  Depending on the size and level of detail, oil paintings typically take 1-2 weeks to complete + another week to dry prior to shipping and sometimes oil paintings can take up to a month to finish if they are larger sizes.  Watercolor paintings take 1-4 weeks to complete depending on the scale.
  6. Worldwide Shipping Included: Once completed, your original painting is securely sealed and then flat-packed or safely rolled in a tube with professional art shipping materials and shipped directly to your doorstep, tracking and insurance included.
