Commission A House Portrait With Or Without Pets

I enjoy painting commissions of people's homes.  I can add pets, seagulls, whatever you would like to have in your painting! 

Shown is an example of a recent commission.  This is an original watercolor and ink 16" x 12" painting of 234 Agate Avenue in Newport Beach, California.  This painting includes an adorable golden retriever dog to welcome you home.

Most commissions take 2 weeks to complete.  I will begin with a pencil drawing.  I'll send you a photo of it for comments.  After the pencil drawing is approved, I will do the permanent ink drawing and send a photo of that.  Next I'll begin to work on your painting and will send you progress photos of the painting.  

I can do sizes up to 51".
