Dahlia Farm, Half Moon Bay

An original 10" x 12" plein air oil painting of a dahlia farm adjacent to a pumpkin patch where I used to take my plein air class in Northern California.  Sometimes the best subject turns out to be one that you are not looking for! I love the early morning dewey light on the flowers and distant hills.
