How the Commission Process Works

Bringing your custom artwork to life is a simple, collaborative process, no matter where you are located:

1. Send Me Your Photos: Provide a few photographs of your dog, cat, or horse, and a few notes in the message about their typical habits.  For instance it could be that they like to nap on pillows or lie in the sun.    I want to paint them in a way that matches their character.  Your photo does not have to show them that way, I can figure out how to do that!  I will create a series of photo collages of your pet in different rooms for you to comment on and choose from.  I've included an example of a photo collage at the bottom of this description.
2. Choose your size: Click a link below to make a 1/2 deposit, the balance is due upon completion.I have several sizes listed in the drop down menu but if you have a size that is different from any of those choices, send me your preferred dimensions.  I can paint any size in watercolor up to 50”
3. Discuss your Vision: We will collaborate on the composition, sizing, and backdrop details.  
4. The Painting Process: I only paint on the very best premium, all cotton, 300gsm or 356gsm, archival, acid-free watercolor paper to ensure your fine art piece remains vibrant and structurally sound for a lifetime.
5. Worldwide Shipping Included: Once completed, your original painting is securely sealed and then flat-packed or safely rolled in a tube with professional art shipping materials and shipped directly to your doorstep, tracking and insurance included.
