Working on commissions with collectors is so much fun. I enjoy creating paintings with the collector's suggestions and feedback.

I paint in an impressionist style with small strokes and layer them slowly to build the colors and texture. Turn your most cherished travel memories, favorite landscapes, coastal views or golf courses into a spectacular piece of custom fine art.

Whether it is a sun-drenched street in Tuscany, a serene tropical beach from a special vacation, or a scenic view of a landscape close to your heart, an original oil painting will bring those moments to life.

Each custom commission is a dedicated work of art.  I will work closely with you and send photos of the artwork in progress so you will have the opportunity to comment and ask for changes while I work through your painting.

How the Commission Process Works

To get started, simply write to me with your ideas, perhaps a photo or two and the size you'd like to have.  You can use the contact form on my website or email me at Kristenpaints@gmail.com.

I'll write you back with a quote and let you know approximately how long I think it will take to complete.  Depending on the size, most paintings can be completed within 2-4 weeks including drying time.

Shipping

Once completed, your original painting will be professionally flat-packed or rolled in a protective shipping tube to guarantee it arrives in perfect condition.  Tracking and insurance are included in the price. 

Sizing & Options

Please select your preferred size from the dropdown menu. The prices shown are for a 1/2 deposit, the balance is due upon completion.

Custom larger sizing options are available upon request—please contact me directly for a bespoke quote.

I paint with only the best available materials including Rembrandt professional oil paints and all cotton canvas.
