Low Tide, Saint Heliers Bay, New Zealand, Original Oil Painting

This is an original oil painting of one of my favorite Auckland beaches, Saint Heliers Bay.  There is a lovely seaside town and golden beach.  The golden tree-covered cliff is especially picturesque at low tide in the afternoon as it reflects into the wet sand and tide pools. 

An array of colorful seaweed is exposed at low tide as well as cloud reflections from the beautiful sky.
